**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, equipment, and systems. **Responsibilities:** - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and landscaping. - Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly. - Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools. - Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies. - Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain clean work areas. **Experience:** - Proficient in English for effective communication. - Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). - Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues. - Ability to read and interpret schematics for repairs. - Experience in leadership or supervising roles preferred. - Welding skills for metalwork repairs. - Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices. - Understanding of electrical systems including logic controllers.
