- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Follow established protocols for safety and sanitation in all cleaning processes.
- Assist with floor care tasks such as stripping, waxing, and buffing as needed.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the facility.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or supplies.
- Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with hospitality environments such as hotels or resorts is a plus.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices is beneficial.
