What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at Super 8 Durango?
Super 8 Durango is looking for thorough, reliable, and hard-working members to join our housekeeping team. This role would be responsible for upholding and maintaining cleanliness standards in our guest rooms. The goal is to enhance customer experience and satisfaction by ensuring all aspects of the guest rooms are turnkey.
Stop in and fill out an application and interview from 9:30am - 1:30pm.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Attention to detail as guest rooms are cleaned and serviced daily
- Perform daily services, departure cleans and ensure rooms are turn-key for arrivals.
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms
- Maintain equipment in good condition
- Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
- Handle reasonable guests' complaints/requests and inform others when required
- Check stocking levels of all consumables
- Participate in seasonal deep cleanings
- Adhering to our Lost and Found protocol
- Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
