Perform work involving the skills of multiple maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of building and amenities in repair. Duties will involve repairs to plumbing systems and fixtures; insulating; carpentry; repairing minor building electrical and repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; repairing buildings, walls, floors, stairs, carpeting, doors & windows, painting; lawn and irrigation maintenance including grounds keeping and parking lot cleaning and maintenance.
The candidate must have passed High School or equivalent GED examination. In order to perform a wide variety of construction, repair and maintenance tasks, the candidate must posses the following skills:
