Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage the night audit process, ensuring accurate financial reporting and reconciliation.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to provide guests with accurate information.
- Implement and uphold hotel policies and procedures related to guest relations and front desk operations.
- Train new staff on front desk procedures, phone systems, and customer service best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay.
- Monitor front desk operations for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with hotel standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hotel industry.
