We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Person to assist our team in the upkeep and maintenance of our company's numerous office locations. The position requires regular and thorough cleaning of various office spaces and facilities, as well as a willingness to collaborate with other departments on projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, real estate, facilities management or similar capacities, and will be comfortable completing physical tasks while working with others.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain an inventory of building maintenance materials and supplies.
- Order and maintain inventory of building maintenance materials and supplies.
- Stocks, maintains, and cleans furniture, stationery, and supplies used in the office environment.
- Arrange regular cleaning schedule with building's cleaning service.
- Adjusted air conditioners and heaters in office buildings.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
