Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Deep Cleaning Rooms
- Manage floor care, ensuring all flooring types are maintained to the highest standards.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and properly stored.
- Conduct custodial duties in various settings, including residential homes and hotel environments.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks, such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on sanitizing high-touch areas.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Previous experience in floor care is a plus; knowledge of custodial practices is highly desirable.
