- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established schedules and standards.
- Launder linens, towels, and other items as needed, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Execute floor care duties including sweeping, buffing, and waxing as required.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of cleanliness in all areas.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or similar roles in hotels or residential cleaning is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices, including sanitation procedures and safety protocols.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
