Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
- Inspecting and troubleshooting equipment and systems
- Repairing and replacing faulty components
- Conducting preventative maintenance procedures
- Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members .
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Technical knowledge and experience in troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
- Some experiance with Hvac system, PTAC units , swimming pool maintenance, painting n sheet rocking, plumbing, flooring, Electrical, welding,
