Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries efficiently.
- Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Assist with night audits and ensure accurate billing processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations preferred.
