Part Time Janitor

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented custodian to join our evening team. The custodian will play a key role in keeping our store clean & organized.

Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors throughout the store, including aisles, restrooms, break rooms, and stock areas.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, ensuring they are fully stocked with supplies.
• Wipe down and sanitize shelves, doors, windows, and other high-touch surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of entrances, sidewalks, and parking lot as needed.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs or reporting issues to management.
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols in accordance with store policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
