Auto Salesman

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Salesperson to join our dynamic team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for selling automotive products to our customers in a fast-paced and competitive environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be knowledgeable of the products they are selling, and have a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to engage with potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Demonstrate strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate with customers and promote our products.
- Utilize inventory management skills to maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings and be able to answer customer inquiries.
- Provide sales support to colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Manage sales calls in a professional and organized manner.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication, negotiation, and closing of deals.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Participate in sales management initiatives to continuously improve sales strategies and performance.

Experience:
- 1 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably with a focus on sales management.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in sales support and sales management is highly desirable.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
