Job Title: Sales Estimator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized estimator in the construction industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and completion of project estimating via formulating a plan take off and formal job quote, sending that quote to clients and securing the purchase of said quote from the client.. The Estimator will work closely with our sales team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Duties:
- Direct customer sales in our new office location in Wanchese, NC.

-Formulate a typed project quote from a set of plans, send that quote to clients, secure the sale of those items, order the items the client intends to purchase and ensure they ship to the client in a timely manner.
- Assist in project sales, ordering, scheduling, and implementation.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deliveries are successful.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

- Previous knowledge and job experience in our field of more than 5 years accepted in place of degree
- Proven experience in project coordination or related role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar project management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
