Job Title: Inside Sales & Service Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized person in the construction industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible, prompt, detailed and purposeful in completing daily tasks. The candidate needs to be well versed in positive interactions with other people in person as well as having the ability to convey information over the phone in a clear manner.
Duties:
- Direct customer inside sales in our new office location in Wanchese, NC.
-Formulate a typed project quote, create proper paperwork and receipts.
- Assist in project sales, ordering, scheduling, and implementation.
- Monitor sales progress and address any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deliveries are successful.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders.
-Assist customers with the products they need to get loaded/delivered.
-Assist in keeping work area clean and organized
-Provide a consistent and high level of customer service and response.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration/Construction Technology or related field.
- Previous knowledge and job experience in our field of more than 3 years w/ HS Diploma accepted in place of degree
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel or similar management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
