Duties
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including staffing, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food production processes to ensure quality control and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.
- Collaborate with kitchen management to create innovative menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences.
- Utilize POS systems for tracking sales, managing staff schedules, and analyzing financial performance.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among staff members.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food production processes, kitchen management, and bartending practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Proficient in using POS systems for operational management.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
