Compensation : $20 hourly

Responsibilities :

Ensure the building is clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Close and lock building doors for security once cleaning is complete.

Replace light bulbs, clean windows, shampoo carpets, and supply restrooms on a regular basis as scheduled.

Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash cans daily.

Report areas cleaned and make sure managers know if major repairs are needed.

Remove dangerous hazards and clean up spills with squeegees or sponges.

Sanitize High-Touch Surfaces : Disinfect doorknobs, light switches, and frequently touched surfaces to reduce the spread of germs.

Deep Cleaning Services : Perform detailed tasks such as deep cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas as needed.

Polish Furniture and Fixtures : Dust and polish wooden furniture and fixtures to maintain a clean and attractive appearance.

Maintain Cleaning Supplies : Monitor and report when cleaning supplies need replenishment to ensure uninterrupted service.

Clean Appliances : Wipe down and clean appliances (e.g., stoves, refrigerators, microwaves) during designated deep cleaning sessions.

Window Washing (Interior) : Clean interior windows and glass doors to remove smudges and streaks.

Laundry Services : Wash, dry, and fold towels and cleaning rags used during the service.

Organize Common Areas : Tidy up common areas, including arranging items and decluttering surfaces.

Pet Hair Removal : Use specialized tools for removing pet hair from carpets, furniture, and other surfaces.

Exterior Cleaning Tasks : Sweep porches, patios, and entryways when needed.

Spot Cleaning : Perform spot cleaning of walls and other surfaces as necessary.

Maintain Equipment : Ensure all cleaning equipment is kept in good working order and report issues as needed.

Follow Health and Safety Standards : Adhere to proper health and safety protocols while using cleaning agents and tools.

Communication with Clients : Provide updates to clients or management on completed tasks or any concerns noticed during cleaning.

Trash and Recycling Separation : Separate recyclable materials when collecting and disposing of waste.

Qualifications :

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification
• Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic
• Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite is required
• Excellent stamina and physical health
