As a Thumbtack Response Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, assisting with inquiries and booking cleaning appointments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to Thumbtack service requests
- Engage with potential customers and answer questions
- Book cleaning appointments in coordination with the team
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional approach
- Track and report Thumbtack leads and conversions
Requirements:
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience with customer service or scheduling is a plus
