As an early-stage company, Super has big ambitions to rapidly deploy agents at scale to disrupt real estate industry operations. We have demonstrated rapid traction with property managers with our AI customer service agent that saves time and reduces overhead operational costs.

Our founding team is seeking a hands-on, primarily backend-focused engineer that can drive our product vision forward alongside us—and help shape a perspective for AI-driven solutions for the real estate industry.
Because we are building in a whole new era of technology, the ideal candidate is innately curious and experimental, especially about ways to harness AI technology to move more nimbly and in more powerful ways. We’re looking for a divergent and systematic thinker—someone who can see the bigger picture and creatively conceive of ways to execute against it.

Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices architecture
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Pulumi)
- Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Solid experience with CI/CD tools and practices (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD)
- Knowledge of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
- Experience with data processing frameworks (Spark, Kafka, Airflow)
- Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices
- Familiarity with LLM technologies and its application in production environments

- You have a passion for creating systems that balance innovation with stability
- You thrive in environments that require both technical depth and cross-functional collaboration
