Job Title: Buffet Server
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Buffet Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring guests have a great dining experience by keeping the buffet area clean and stocked, assisting customers with their needs, and maintaining a high level of customer service. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor the buffet line, ensuring food is fresh, stocked, and properly presented.
- Keep serving stations, tables, and dining areas clean and organized.
- Assist guests with questions about food items, ingredients, and dietary options.
- Remove used plates and utensils from tables promptly.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Work with kitchen staff to communicate food replenishment needs.
- Assist with beverage service and refills when necessary.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
Qualifications:
- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate loads.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Schedule:
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.74 - $18.47 per hour
