Handyman

Seeking a part time/full time skilled handyman/maintenance technician. Pay is per job. You’ll be responsible for traveling within your local area to complete jobs and provide free estimates.

Requirements:

• Must know English fluently
• Have your own tools
• Have your own vehicle for transporting tools and materials
• Have a valid driver's license
• Be able to create your own schedule and manage your time independently
• Have great work ethic and aim to please the customer above all
• Be physically able to do various handyman jobs and ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Required Skills:

• Drywall and ceiling repair
• Light electrical (e.g., replacing ceiling fans, light fixtures)
• Light plumbing (e.g., replacing flush valves, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals)

Bonus Skills (preferred but not required):

• Laminate flooring
• Tiling
• Painting
• Furniture assembly
• Water heater installation
• Concrete drilling
• Baseboard molding cutting/installation
• Gutter repair
• Exterior door and window repair or replacement
