We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us. Job Summary : The role of the Compliance Analyst will report to the Compliance Manager and provide supports operations and initiatives critical to enterprise-wide Compliance policy programs.
This position is perfect for a versatile candidate to be exposed to many aspects of sustainability and compliance.

This position will be based at our headquarters located in San Jose, CA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned) :
- Administering Quarterly Financial Sub-Certification from start to finish.
- Delivery of compliance training, monitor and ensure completion of compliance training by fiscal year end.
- Support the development and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and training materials .
- Support other compliance functions, include, and not limited to ESG reporting such as Benchmarking reporting.
- Other ad-hoc projects and administrative supports Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree preferred, in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- CPA, MBA or JD certification, Compliance certifications (e.g., Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or similar) are a plus.
- 3 to 5 years of Finance, Audit, Compliance, or Legal consulting experience and / or experience in leading compliance and assessments at a Company.
- Experience with SAP, Workiva, Navex Global or other Compliance tools helpful to the role
- Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel for data manipulation and analysis
- Effective communication, engagement and influencing skills.
Work effectively with department managers, supervisors and employees involvedwith prevention efforts.
