The GM, Technology Enablement will have experience in developing leading edge technologies that push the limit of what can be achieved.
As the manager of a new product category and team of passionate engineers, you will lead the charge in creating new groundbreaking AI devices.
You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to market launch, ensuring that our AI devices meet the highest standards of creativity, innovation, usability, and performance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned) : Leadership & Strategy :
- Passionately develop and execute a strategic vision for the new technologies, aligning with company goals and future market demands.
- Lead a passionate multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and researchers to bring the new technology devices to life. Product Development :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge AI and computer technologies into the new products.
- Ensure the product meets market needs and exceeds user expectations. Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence :
- Conduct market research to identify trends, user needs, and competitive landscape.
- Use insights to inform product features and design.
- Define and execute GTM plans with Sales, Marketing and external partners. Project Management :
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful product launch and delivery. Stakeholder Engagement :
- Communicate progress and updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors. Innovation & Continuous Improvement :
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
- Stay abreast of advancements in AI and PC hardware and software technologies to drive future product iterations. Qualifications :
- Bachelor or master's degree in CE / CS / EE or equivalent degree in computer engineering
- 15 years' experience or equivalent is desirable
- Proven experience in a leadership role, managing large teams and complex projects.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Must have solid knowledge of AI hardware and software technologies
- Must have strong knowledge of PC and laptop architectures
- Must have experience building new product lines
- Must have good working spirit and work well in a team and face-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written Salary Range $220,000 - $243,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
