What You'll Do :
Commercial Contract Management :
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and Accounting teams on the development and negotiation of various commercial contracts (sales, procurement, channel, OEM, licensing, support, services, marketing, and more).
- Provide legal advice on potential risks related to commercial transactions and offer creative, practical solutions to meet business goals.
- Advise on legal and strategic business matters to foster long-term relationships with key partners, supporting commercial aspects of Supermicro's products and programs.

Salary Range
100,000 - $150,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
