Description :
Looking for a confident, self-motivated full-time candidate to assist in our frozen dairy department for Super One Foods. To be successful in this position previous food handling experience is required. The desire and ability to lead others to provide consistent and quality products. Strong customer service and communication skills are a must.
Starting Wage - $18.27-$20.93 (depending on experience)

Basic duties include but are not limited to;
Help develop effective daily / weekly work plan based on weekly sales projections, budgeted labor goals, and previous operating results
Help plan and execute, aggressive and creative merchandising plans to maximize sales, variety, and gross profit
Ensure accurate pricing and signage within the department
Supervise frozen / dairy associates to ensure production objectives are met
Assist the department frozen dairy manager to manage receiving, invoicing, pricing, shrink control, and inventory to ensure proper product control and that gross profit goal are met
Train and develop department personnel
Supervise department safety and sanitation programs
Perform department personnel functions
Follow all store and department policies and procedures
Performs other duties as assigned or delegated
Requirements : Job Requirements :
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Shifts for this position vary but, you will be working 40 hours weekly.
Must be 18 years of age.
Knowledge of food preparation procedures and food safety regulations
Judgment / decision making
Social skills / verbal interaction
Reading, writing, and math
Moderate to heavy lifting and walking
