Description :
Miner’s Inc. dba Super One Foods is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Facilities Inventory Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving and picking equipment to support our stores and our construction team. This person will also provide necessary information and reporting to accounting and leadership. Candidates will be required to have clear communication and exceptional organizational skills in order to meet project demands.
Key Responsibilities :
Receiving and Unloading Equipment : Accept and inspect deliveries of equipment, tools, and supplies related to the store’s facilities and operations. Verify delivery accuracy to purchase orders, including part numbers, quantities, and condition of goods.
Inventory Management : Maintain a well-organized and accurate inventory catalog of all equipment and supplies. Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy. Replenish stock when needed and track usage trends.
Storage Organization : Ensure that all equipment is stored in a safe, accessible, and organized manner, adhering to safety protocols and operational efficiency standards.
Order Fulfillment : As a picker, pull orders for equipment and supplies efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner for stores and facilities team and stage for transportation. Oversee and coordinate facilities truck driver.
Record Keeping : Maintain proper documentation for receiving, stocking, and issuing equipment and supplies. Update inventory systems and databases to reflect accurate stock levels.
Billing : Work with the accounting team to complete the internal billing process.
