Miner’s Inc. dba Super One Foods & Super One Liquor is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Advertising Coordinator. The ideal candidate will work with the advertising manager to ensure that ad items are updated weekly into the appropriate ad software. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Data Entry and Management : Enter ad items into our ad planner software from the bakery, deli, product, meat and GM / HBC departments each week. Enter items from Miner’s Guide and vendor’s purchase orders to our ad planner software.
- Database Maintenance : Regularly uploading ad dates to the Miner’s Guide program.
- Product Listings : Processing ad planner changes and printing various reports in preparation for posting the final ad planner for store use. Uploading images / pricing to digital reader boards at liquor stores.
