Requirements
This position requires the following:
- Prior experience in a high-volume, fast paced environment
- Confident and highly social personality
- Greeting and welcoming guests
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently
- Complete knowledge of all food and beverage items including specials, their prices and availability
- Walking guests through our menus and daily specials
- Accurately take orders
- Accurate money handling, processing credit card transactions, basic math skills
- Basic knowledge POS software
- Understanding of dining room stations
- Guiding our guests through the dining room
- Restocking of dining room items
- Ability to communicate well with others
- Team orientated attitude
- Other duties as assigned by management team
