KCC Kitting Team Member
Job Summary
The KCC kitter is responsible for crating KCC coils including ill measure, build, cut wood, nail, staple & screw in the creation of customized shipping containers.
Essential Functions
- Complete Knowledge of all SRC crating specifications in the SRC crating play book
- Complete knowledge of KCC specific crating instructions
- Follow KCC crating instructions.
- Knowledge of KCC schedule to keep orders kitted timely and accurately.
- Lift coils with overhead crane at certified level
- Regular use of forklift
- Load/unload KCC truck
- Regular use of measuring devices including but not limited to calipers, tape measures, etc.)
- Working knowledge of KCC shipping documents and labels
- Working Knowledge of KCC inventory and bar-coding processes
- Ability to take on other duties or assist in other departments as department needs change.
- Clean area to 5S standards
