- Ensure a safe work environment for all operators.
- Identify root cause of safety issues, develop and implement corrective actions.
- Produce finished goods per SRC quality standards.
- Investigate quality trends and implement change to prevent future issues.
- Ensure production schedule is met by identifying needs & procuring help, anticipating challenges, and adjusting to achieve success.
- Eliminate waste and continuously improve production processes to meet increasing demand by improving productivity.
- Use our IDP (individual development plan) to develop leads and operators to improve employee engagement, career development, and job satisfaction.
- Ability to take on other duties or assist in other departments as department needs change.
- Ability to provide clear expectations to employees and manage outcomes using praises and redirects.
- Clean area to 5S standards
