Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee legal cases in the states where you are barred.
- Draft and file court documents, motions, and other litigation-related paperwork.
- Handle cases remotely, ensuring consistent communication with clients and the legal team.
- Provide guidance to and oversee attorneys in other states, as needed.
Qualifications :
Texas, Virginia, California, New York, Illinois, Florida, Georgia.
Preference given to candidates with multiple bar licenses.
2-5 years of post-bar legal experience, with preference for candidates from high-volume environments (e.g., Public Defender's Office, Legal Aid, or State Attorney's Office).
Compensation & Benefits :
Lawyers with 2-3 years of experience : $65,000-$75,000.
