Position Title: Quality and Operations Manager

Overview:
As the Quality and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing both the quality control aspects of a company's operations, ensuring products and services meet established standards, while also managing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes, aiming to optimize production and delivery while maintaining high quality standards across all functions; this includes identifying quality issues, implementing process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
The Quality and Operations Manager is our quality champion, with stewardship over product quality across all functions as it affects brand image and reputation.
Main Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance
- Develop and implement quality management systems, including quality control procedures and standards across all functions to include sourcing, engineering and operations
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify potential issues
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Investigate and resolve quality complaints or non-conformance issues
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions
· Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring production targets are met on time and within budget
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for optimization
- Manage inventory levels and supply chain logistics
- Streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma)
· Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a team of quality inspectors and operational staff
- Foster a culture of quality within the organization
- Provide training on quality standards and procedures
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate reports on key quality metrics and operational performance
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Communicate findings to senior management and stakeholders
Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality management, with a focus on supplier engineering, operations and field quality.

Strong understanding of quality management principles and methodologies

Experience in operational management, including production planning and scheduling

Proven ability to analyze data and identify root causes of problems
