We are seeking outgoing and personable Customer Service Supervisors at our Super Saver, in Columbus. In this role you will help manage the front-end, Cashiers, Courtesy Clerks, and customers find what they need.
The Customer Service Supervisor position is Perfect for someone wanting to Jump-Start a Career and bolster their management work experience!
Specific Requirements:
- Ability to oversee and supervise all front-end operations with confidence
- Supervising, delegating, and directing cashiers, and other front-end staff
- Efficiently handle transactions while providing excellent customer service
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Follow directives of the Service Manager, or Manager on Duty
- Follow, enforce company policies & procedures, including safety policies
Qualifications:
Previous Supervisory and/or retail experience is highly desirable. You must be at least 19 years of age to be in a Supervisory role with B&R Stores.
