Your Skill Set:
- Minimum of 15-20 years of on the job experience, service, install and troubleshooting.
- Supervise and lead the HVAC Team
- Manage and Evaluate Field Technicians
- Conduct ‘Ride-a-Longs’ with HVAC Team and provide feedback
- Ensure all repairs and installs are completed to the highest quality standards and if necessary, all permits are obtained
- Manage workload and schedules with Dispatcher to best utilize manpower and maximizes profits
- Assist Technicians with issues while in the field
- Resolve customer issues or concerns to ensure complete satisfaction
- Ensure all department operations are carried out and follow MA HVAC code and requirements
- Meet or exceed all company goals
- expense reports, timesheets
- Additional duties as needed
Desired Skills and Experience
- In-depth knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to effectively manage and design HVAC projects.
- Ability to maintain accurate stock lists, manage inventory, and ensure timely availability of materials for projects.
- Strong communication skills to stay connected with the comfort advisors, team members, clients, and suppliers.
- Demonstrate ability to identify and solve issues quickly, ensuring smooth project progression.
- Understanding of customer needs and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project.
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring installations meet industry regulations.
- Great attitude and passion for serving and doing what's right at all times, holding team members and comfort advisors accountable.
- Effective time management skills to meet project deadlines and keep projects on schedule.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and unforeseen challenges in the HVAC field.
- Strong skills for project documentation, including permits, contracts, and change orders.
