Full-Time Nanny Needed
A loving family is seeking a caring, energetic, and engaging nanny to care for their 16-month-old in a structured yet baby-led environment. The family also has a 4-year-old who attends daycare full-time, and the mother handles drop-off and pick-up. The nanny’s primary focus will be on the toddler.
Position Details:
Location: Hillsborough, NJ
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday-Friday. The schedule varies each week between 35-45 hours per week. The family will provide the schedule one week in advance and is willing to guarantee hours for the right candidate.
No Driving Required
Mom works from home occasionally.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, loving care and engage in age-appropriate activities
- Spend time outdoors—walks, fresh air, and playtime encouraged
- Follow a flexible, baby-led schedule, supporting naps and feeding routines
- Keep child areas tidy and assist with baby-related tasks (laundry, meal prep, etc.)
- Stay off personal devices while actively caring for the baby
- Ensure a safe, nurturing environment
Pets: 2 Dogs
Ideal Candidate:
✅ Has experience caring for this age group and understands developmental milestones
✅ Is energetic, active, and enjoys outdoor play
✅ Is attentive and fully engaged, avoiding phone use during care hours
✅ Comfortable supporting baby’s nap routine (baby currently naps with caregiver)
✅ Values open communication with parents and a collaborative approach
✅ Covid Vaccinated
✅ Non-smoker
Compensation & Benefits:
$25-30 per hour depending on experience. Pay can be on or off the books.
Guaranteed hours and consistent schedule
Paid vacation, paid holidays, & paid sick time.
