Dishwasher

General Job Description
- responsible for making sure dishware and cooking are clean and put away during each shift. Also must keep the area clean and clear of garbage.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Cleans and maintains dish station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills.
- Has understanding and knowledge to properly use the equipment.
- Assists in cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
- May restocks items as needed throughout the shift.
- Follow all posted checklists for the position.
- Performs additional responsibilities, not detailed above, as requested by Management or Pit Cook.
Qualifications
- Must be able to life 40-80 lbs at a time
