Requirements
- Prior experience working with children in a coaching, teaching, or mentoring capacity
- A love for soccer, combined with an understanding of child development principles
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekday afternoons and weekends
- Strong communication skills and the ability to create a fun and positive environment
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, or willingness to obtain
- Must be energetic, patient, and committed to fostering a supportive learning atmosphere
- Coach referral program from $100 up to $200 for every coach you recommend
