For over 22 years, we have led the youth soccer industry, making us the largest operating program in the U.S. Our mission is to instill a lifetime love of sports and fitness through engaging soccer experiences for children of all ages.
Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Soccer Coaches to lead after-school programs for children in grades K-5. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about soccer and education, with opportunities for advancement and additional work in other programs we offer. This league is in the E/NE area of Aurora, CO.
- Experience working with children in sports, education, or related fields.
- A passion for soccer and teaching.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a background check (required).
- Be available afternoons for practice during after-school hours and some evenings during game days.
Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging and age-appropriate soccer sessions for children.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes learning and fun.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and team members.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
- Maintain equipment and ensure the setup and cleanup of each session.
- Assistant Coaches: $18/hr; Lead Coaches: $20/hr (based on experience).
