Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, nanny, youth leader, or camp leader), and genuinely enjoys children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. Requirements
Age Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old
Educational Requirements: High school diploma with some college (preferred)
Transportation: You must hold a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation as you could find yourself working at multiple locations in a day.
Schedule: The ideal candidate would be available most Monday-Saturday mornings and/or afternoons.
Location: Classes are held at schools, daycares, pre-schools, parks, and recreational centers across Dallas County. Depending on the location of the coach's primary residence they may be required to travel up to an hour to get to a class location.

Our coaches...
- can work up to 20 hours a week and can earn very competitive pay ranging from $15 per hour up to $25 per hour
- lead engaging, high-energy sessions for toddlers and their parents or caregivers
- create a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all participants
- demonstrate basic soccer skills in a playful and age-appropriate manner
- provide guidance and encouragement to parents on how to support their child's learning
- set up and take down equipment before and after sessions

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to run, bend, lift, and engage in physical activity with toddlers for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- You bring lots of energy and a personality that kids just love to be around
- Being physically active, punctual, and organized is part of life
- Ability to work with kids ranging from 18 months to 12 years old independently
- Demonstrates a history of integrity, doing what is right even when nobody is looking
- Always having a positive attitude
- Willingness to be silly (even at the expense of embarrassing yourself)
- Lots of patience
- Experience working with toddlers or young children (coaching, teaching, babysitting, etc.)
- Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality
- Knowledge of soccer fundamentals is a plus but not required
- Ability to lead groups and engage both parents and children
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
