What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Soccer Coach - South Denver Metro position at Super Soccer Stars?
We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Youth Soccer Coach who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper, babysitter or leader). This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development!

We use the soccer ball as a catalyst to provide a program that meets the developmental needs of the whole child physically, mentally, socially, and emotionally. The long-term impact will allow us to create healthy habits at a young age, teach life skills, and increase youth activities across the board.

The Schedule
- Three available shifts:
- Weekday mornings, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 11:30 PM
- Weekday afternoons, Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
- Weekend mornings, Saturday - Sunday, 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM
- Coaches can expect approximately *5-15 hours a week
- An outgoing and expressive personality
- Enthusiasm for working with children (must be comfortable working with ages 2-10 years old).
- Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
- Passionate about soccer and willing to learn and teach age-appropriate soccer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- Ask about our sign-on bonus for exceptional candidates available 5-days per week for weekday shift!
- New Head Coaches can earn from $22/hr up to $30/hr depending on experience. More experienced candidates may be able to pursue accelerated advancement within our system. Must be available weekday afternoons to be eligable for sign on bonus.
- Assistant coaches start at $18/hr
