Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting age-appropriate soccer classes aligned with our curriculum
- Creating a fun, engaging, and safe learning environment
- Encouraging skill development for each participant
- Providing positive feedback and reinforcement to promote confidence
- Communicating effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress
- Passion for working with children and teaching sports
- Previous coaching experience or a background in sports is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- Starting at $18 - $25 per hour
