Key Responsibilities
- Be the face and front line of Super Soccer Stars, interacting with various stakeholders on a daily basis.
- Assist/teach travel soccer sessions, connecting with each child and inspiring a love of soccer in a fun and challenging environment.
- Effectively communicate issues to the office and provide solutions.
- Ensure timely arrival at classes, physically and mentally prepared (including commuting time).
- Set up and break down equipment as needed.
- Provide individual and group attention to children, offering hands-on technical and tactical training.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 45 minutes one-way to class locations.
- Fully vaccinated upon commencing employment, subject to legally required exemptions (medical condition, disability, or sincerely held religious belief). Some regions may require full vaccination upon hiring due to state-specific mandates.
- Punctual, willing to learn, and accepting feedback.
- Experience in or desire to work in a travel club environment.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred.
- Motivated, energetic, patient, and attentive.
- Hands-on, dynamic, and outgoing.
- Able to coach from the sidelines on game day.
- Minimum of a grassroots coaching license.
- Availability includes weekday afternoons (3 pm - 9 pm) and/or weekend mornings (8:30 am - 1 pm).
