Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will help answer phone calls and emails. They will help with invoicing and other administrative paperwork. They will be responsible for making sure breakrooms, bathrooms, and office supplies are stocked.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Entering invoices into accounting system.
- Entering lease agreements and sending to customer.
- Answering phone calls and directing to the correct department.
- Answering customer emails.
- Making coffee for office.
- Restocking breakrooms and bathrooms.
- Greeting visitors.
- Sorting mail and delivering to correct inbox.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year related experience required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Salary : $16 - $20
