Job Summary
We are in need of a installation technician to install our customers' commercial warewash equipment around the metro Atlanta area. Some mechanical, plumbing and electrical experience is ideal although not necessary as we provide our own in house training both initially for new employees and ongoing for seasoned techs.
Essential Job Functions
- Install warewash equipment to our customers' and companies' high standards
- Install water filters to our customers' and companies' high standards
- Great communication skills to interact with customers
- Troubleshoot and repair customers’ dishmachines
- Being a supportive member of the install team
- Keep work vehicles and work areas clean
- Manage parts inventory and stock in vehicles
Physical Requirements
- You need to be able to lift up to 75 lbs by yourself.
- At times climbing on tables or lying on the floor to perform repairs or installs
- A clean driving record
- Ability to drive and operate forklift and other equipment to pick and move machines
- Must meet DOT medical qualifications and be able to obtain a valid DOT medical card
Physical Environment
- Performing installations in food service establishments around metro Atlanta
- Driving in company provided vehicle to and from accounts
- Work closely with hazardous chemicals
- Exposure to different climate conditions
Experience Requirements
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- You will need organizational skills to manage your responsibilities and truck parts inventory
- A friendly, personable disposition is a must
- Fluent in English and Spanish if preferred but not required
