Super Star Car Wash is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts. If you're passionate about attracting top talent, building strong hiring strategies, and working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop & Execute Recruitment Strategies – Drive full-cycle recruitment for corporate, field, and leadership roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Build & Nurture Talent Pipelines – Identify top talent using innovative sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Collaborate with Leadership – Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring plans.
• Strengthen Employer Branding – Showcase Super Star Car Wash as an employer of choice through marketing, career events, and digital platforms.
• Enhance Recruitment Processes – Continuously optimize hiring strategies, leveraging technology and data to improve efficiency and candidate quality.
• Ensure Compliance & Best Practices – stay up to date with employment laws and recruitment best practices, ensuring all hiring processes align with legal and ethical standards.
• Drive Metrics & Reporting – Track hiring performance and provide insights to leadership to refine recruitment efforts.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Experience – 5 years in talent acquisition, with a focus on high-volume, multi-location hiring.
• Strong Leadership Skills – Experience managing or mentoring recruiters and hiring teams.
• Excellent Communication – Ability to engage and influence candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• Tech-Savvy Approach – Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing tools, and data analytics.
• Passion for People – A commitment to finding the right talent and fostering a positive candidate experience.
• Flexibility & Agility – Ability to adapt to changing business needs and drive innovative hiring solutions.

Pay Transparency

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, relevant and demonstrated experience, education, training and certifications, and other factors permitted by law. This role is eligible to earn a weekly commission and bi-weekly retention sales bonus based on individual performance.

Salary Range in AZ

$ 95,000 – 100,000 plus 10% annual performance bonus
