- Develop, program, and optimize multiple robotic welding operations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and CAD drawings to determine welding specifications.
- Set up and calibrate robotic welding equipment, ensuring proper parameters for material type, thickness, and joint configuration.
- Perform test runs to verify weld quality and adjust programming as needed.
- Monitor and troubleshoot robotic welding systems to minimize downtime and ensure consistent weld quality.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to enhance welding processes and meet project specifications.
- Train and support weld operators on robotic system operation and maintenance.
- Maintain detailed documentation of welding programs, procedures, and system performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and welding standards (AWS, ISO, etc.).
- Recommend process improvements and implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and efficiency.

- Education: Associate degree or certification in welding technology, robotics, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in robotic weld programming in metal fabrication.
- Proficiency in programming robotic welders.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, metallurgy, and fabrication processes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T.
- Familiarity with welding codes and standards (AWS D1.1, ISO, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with fixture design, setup, and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to [Specify weight, e.g., 50 lb.] as needed.
