Position Overview : The Controller will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization. This role involves managing a team to ensure the accurate and timely closing of month-end financials, while closely monitoring the company's finances.
Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Management :
Oversee the monthly closing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standards.
Manage and lead the finance team, allocating resources and responsibilities effectively to achieve departmental goals.
Continuously monitor financial performance and provide insights on variances against budgets and forecasts.
Prepare financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, maintaining robust internal controls.
