Job Description:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to understand the goals and requirements for each event
- Research and analyze similar events globally to gather insights on timing, location, audience demographics, pricing, and marketing strategies
- Work with internal teams, including public relations and design, to develop event materials such as posters, promotional items, and reports
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote events and attract targeted attendees
- Utilize multiple channels, such as email, social media, and online platforms, to engage participants and increase visibility
- Communicate with sponsors and stakeholders to provide event updates, sponsorship benefits, and promotional opportunities
- Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue coordination, transportation, catering, signage, and security arrangements
- Work closely with on-site staff to ensure seamless operations during the event, including media relations and press conferences
- Assist in budget preparation and review financial documents, including vendor invoices, to maintain accuracy
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, event management, or communication required
- Strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in event planning and marketing
- Budgeting and financial management experience
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Mandarin speaking preferred
