As the Vice President of Sales, you will play a critical role in defining and executing the company's sales strategy to achieve aggressive revenue goals. This position involves leading a high-performing sales team, fostering relationships with CXO-level executives, and securing high-value software development outsourcing projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the software services market and a proven track record in closing complex enterprise deals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of account executives, providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in mid market and enterprise organizations.
- Drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing multi-year, high-value contracts.
- Present tailored solutions and ROI-driven value propositions to address customer challenges and align with their business goals.
- Monitor and manage sales pipeline health, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting on key performance metrics to the leadership team.
