Primary Duties
- Design and develop high-quality graphic content for our e-commerce platforms, such as website graphics, banners, product images, email campaigns, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to generate visually attractive and effective promotions, campaigns, and advertisements.
- Uphold our brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all designs while introducing creativity and fresh ideas.
- Leverage analytics data to comprehend the impact of designs and modify based on performance.
- Handle multiple projects concurrently, meeting strict deadlines.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques in e-commerce, and recommend innovative ideas to enhance our customers' online shopping experience.
- Utilize email marketing automation tools, such as Klaviyo, to design and optimize visually appealing and effective email marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and an understanding of how design decisions impact e-commerce conversions.
- Proven experience with email marketing automation tools, with a focus on designing visually appealing and effective emails.
- Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced, remote team environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A robust portfolio showcasing e-commerce-focused design work.
- Experience in video editing and animation contributing to engaging multimedia content.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
- Familiarity with e-mail marketing platforms such as Klaviyo.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, particularly for e-commerce or digital marketing.
