Primary Duties
- Define the markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory.
- Plan strategy and develop key relationships to ensure strong foundation for solution selling.
- Use your sales expertise, product knowledge and best-in-class customer service to sell our incredible products and meet customers' needs.
- Meeting our customers where they are, whether that means traveling to their place of business or creating meaningful connections through excellent communication, strategic thinking and personalized sales interactions.
- Own the territory and increase sales in the South Georgia/North Florida territory.
- Continue building and maintaining relationships with our existing dealers but also prospect and find new dealers and build new relationships.
- Serve as the main contact to those specific dealers.
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Qualified candidates will have experience with account management, will be customer service oriented, having excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, problem solving, and analytical skills are critical.
- Travel is required and will be 80% of time.
- A degree in a related field, and two years of previous sales experience in the powersports industry, is highly preferred.
